What metals do you use for jewelry?

I try my best to use hypoallergenic earring findings. There are 14 different variations of metal allergies, so unfortunately not all hypoallergenic applies to each sensitivity.

Who runs your shop?

The one and only me! My husband says he wants to help, but he hasn't quite jumped in yet. Fortunately, I can still manage everything on my own. I hope to continue to grow this little business of mine, and he'll help more then.

Are your items from a smoke free, pet free environment?

No smoke, but we do have a short hair cat.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If this occurs, I need pictures of the damaged package BEFORE you open. Unfortunately there are too many scammers out there that will open a perfectly fine package, decide they changed their mind, and DAMAGE the items, then want a refund. It's sad that this occurs, but I've seen it many, many times in my business groups.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes! That's one of my favorite aspects of this handmade venture. I LOVE making personalized items for you.

What's your turn around time?

It depends on what the item is, and my current work schedule. (I work full-time as a cardiothoracic RN). My goal is to always have the item made and mailed within 5 business days.
